Will someone wake me up from this nightmare…… The NYDN is wrongly and solely blaming Thompson for CityTime when Bloomberg, Quinn, Mark Page, Rose Gill Hearn and even City Council members that allowed the over-rides in the billions on so many tech messes including 311 which I can’t even get a price tag — this is a herd of elephants in the room and not news…..when it is historical corruption billions of tax payer dollars ….. Bloomberg’s legacy is in the dumpster where CityTime and a big part of 911 destined…the dumpster….BILLIONS OF TAX PAYER DOLLARS and plenty of Rudy Giuliani roots in this horror story…. (Bloomberg should have thrown CityTime away along with Rudy’s other horror Maximus but instead Mike and Rudy pushed CityTime and SAIC like drug king pins push heroin because of their White House ambitions and Quinn too pushed CityTime and protected SAIC as Joel Bondy’s testimony proves yet Bondy not arrested but protected by Preet like his bosses and top SAIC brass!)

Rose Gill Hearn just like Thompson and Bloomberg knew of Richard Valcich’s whistle blowing letter and just like 911 ignored whistle blowers. Regarding 911 when head of DOITT Paul Cosgrove urged the termination of HP as lead contractor of 911 he was terminated.

Mike Bloomberg just lied again and said CityTime works when in fact it is destined for the dumpster along with parts of the 911 tech mess.

Question are the 911 operators treated like the Slaves of NYC not allowed to take time off and much need rest required to do their job because Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn, Mark Page, Christine Quinn and most of City Council who likes to blame Mike but are almost as guilty as Mike pushed through a billion dollar over-ride on the corrupt 911 Tech corruption.

The only bright side for me as I face false arrest and physical danger from some of Mike Bloomberg’s body guards who do not understand NYPD protocol and the rights of American Citizens to protest as well as Freedom of Speech is that I find Lt O’Sullivan really handsome better looking than Patrick Stewart and Daniel Day Lewis although he is under 6 foot…

I called the FBI and have a talk with an FBI Agent warning her the 911 Tech system will collapse and the tax payers robbed. I tell her in my opinion HP and other contractors bilking us. Than I accidentally stumble on Bloomberg’s press conference.

Accidentally stumble on Bloomberg inside The NY Times building — arresting me with my solar back pack is a no no for Mike’s private security in front of the new york times building on an Energy Conference where Mike and his NYPD all used gas guzzling SUV’s not Mike’s private jet or helicopter to get there a no-non.

HP is being protected by the men who gave them the lead contracting job even though they had no experience. HP biggies appointed to NY Pension board by whom? (hardee har).

CityTime — Preet Bharara refuses to go back in Time and has not kept his word — he said there would be arrests of NYC gov officials.

To date I can’t get a price tag on 311 but no doubt another TechnoTax Payer Titanic like CityTime, ECTP, NYCAPS, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless, too many board of Ed contracts where they were stealing and or abusing tax payer money to count, Board of Election Tech corruption, etc. Don’t forget Seedco, mayor Bloomberg’s favorite non -profit also was confident they too could steal money.

Background:

In April of 2005, the City projected the cost of establishing two unified (FDNY, NYPD, FDNY-EMS) 911 emergency call center systems, one in Brooklyn and a second redundant backup system in the Bronx at $380 million. The contract was awarded to Hewlett-Packard. Six years later, the Brooklyn Center is still not fully operational and one year behind schedule.

The Emergency Communications Transformation Program was troubled by findings of poor management and less than satisfactory oversight by the original vendor, which necessitated a second Request for Proposals to be released for the Bronx facility.

In late November, DoITT submitted a $286 million contract to the Comptroller’s Office to hire Northrop Grumman to begin work on establishing the Bronx call center system. As part of Comptroller Liu’s due diligence in reviewing DoITT’s submission, serious red flags emerged, and a request for a full analysis of the cost estimate was issued. DoITT provided the Comptroller’s Office with additional documentation, but it was not sufficient to answer significant outstanding questions. Last week, Comptroller Liu rejected the contract.

Dear Mayor Bloomberg:

The Emergency Communications Transformation Program (ECTP) deserves your attention at this time because my office has not been able to approve a $286 million contract for the project as requested by the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), and because there is opportunity to gain synergy from Deputy Mayor Stephen Goldsmith’s efforts in the wake of the CityTime scandal.

My office has returned the $286 million request from DoITT because of several outstanding questions. Some of the issues are similar to problems encountered with the CityTime project, such as:

Time and expense billing arrangement, which does not encourage timely and efficient completion;
Multiple layers of subcontractors, including quality assurance consultants;
Significant cost overruns: original budget of $380 million now increased to $666 million and counting.

Deputy Mayor Stephen Goldsmith is now undertaking a comprehensive review of the City’s major technology projects, beginning with CityTime, to see why certain things were missed and to make sure that additional measures or safety nets are installed to prevent waste and fraud. The ECTP project should rank high in priority for his review to head off even more severe problems.

The ECTP is an important project that you have initiated for the purpose of improving public safety for New Yorkers. It’s all the more important that it gets done on a timely basis and within our means.

The SAIC corruption was robbing and raping of NYC Tax Payers and the 911 Tech Corruption is even bigger than CityTime and not news. John Liu requested a criminal investigation in May of 2012 and the Feds that wire-tapped him must have missed that important information that impacts our lives and more people died because 911 did not work Hurricane Sandy.A system like CityTime flawed and crappy and key players over billing aka as stealing in my opinion big time.I look at all this and wonder why the newspapers won’t address this and the shockingly violent physical attack by Dr Andrew Fagelman’s receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who the First Precinct just way too corrupt — they men involved to do their job — they fixed it — I was emotionally pistol whipped in to dropping charges by cowardly men at the First Precinct to cowardly and corrupt to even meet me to see the defensive wounds and damage to my eye…..I went to the FBI for help on the 911 Tech System and also Internal Affairs for what I suspected was a cover-up yet another crime in process, first Hooks assaults me, than the corrupt cops at the 01 fix it and now although still on going IAB trying to fix it although I shame them ever day…the case is open.
