Threatened a patient that would be me Suzannah B. Troy with bodily harm…

first she repeatedly violated my patient rights and she knew I was a patient of Dr Vine who shared the offices with Dr Fagelman but with her partner promptly vacated after

Dr Vine shared the office with Dr Andrew Fagelman who’s  receptionist office manager  Delita Hooks  repeatedly violated her patient’s rights and repeatedly violated her patients body and than lied to the police and blamed her patient.  (See false cross complaint which is a crime yet the NYPD and IAB continue to fix this savage crime and false cross complaint.)

Note here is the video proof and scan of her false cross complaint. It is the truth, a terrible horrible truth and violation by the medical office including the MD Dr Fagelman for not firing is violent abusive employee and apologizing to the victim and all involved including the NYPD and IAB but because this is not my blog which is my journal I state these are my opinions.    Please spread the word to shame all involved and help me in my pursuit of Justice, 1 year and 18 days on going.

WHY DID BOTH THE NYPD AND INTERNAL AFFAIRS FIX THIS VIOLENT CRIME THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AGREES IS SHOCKING.   A DOCTOR OR MEDICAL STAFF INCLUDING OFFICE MANAGERS AND RECEPTIONS DO NOT GET TO BERATE PATIENTS AND THAN TRY TO BEAT THEM AND DELITA HOOKS DID AND DR FAGELMAN DID NOT FIRE HER AND PAID HER FOR HER TIME.

Delita Hooks is the Jodi Arias of Medical Reception Desks  who got away with everything but murder thanks to corrupt NYPD detectives and Det John Vergona and his partner who’s name I don’t have and Detective Andy Dwyer who never contacted me and his partner aided and abetted Delita Hooks in a violent assault and a false cross complaint even having her false allegations against me SEALED!    I just found out Delita Hooks false cross complaint a serious crime as well as assault and blaming the victim that would be me Suzannah B.  Troy for her crime — her false allegations and false cross complaint where sealed by the NYPD involved in fixing this crime for her and in my opinion did her boss Dr Andrew Fagelman a favor since Dr Fagelman ignored Dr Vine’s demand Delita Hooks be fired.   I am suing and therefore have requested her sealed false cross complaint and allegations be unsealed.

Delita Hook’s detective NYPD Det Andy Dwyer and Det John Vergona who was suppose to investigate me being assaulted in my opinion are as guilty as Delita Hooks — they in my opinion witness tampered and colluded to make sure I dropped charges knowingly having Det John Vergona threaten  me with Delita Hooks false cross complaint and than they conspired to seal her false cross complaint, a crime as well as her false medical reports which could be a federal offense false medical reports   in the assault you see above — when Delita Hooks punches me and makes a hole in my retina as I stand there holding bags and my arm numb from 2 injections after a $430 medical visit with Dr Vine removing a cyst.

The victims of violent crimes in this ABC clip exposing NYPD corruption and fixing of crimes are like what happened to me except Det John Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer went to an extreme using my attacker Delita Hooks, a medical receptionist’s false cross complaint to coerce me to drop charges with the goal to fix this crime.

The ABC clip also discusses Stop and Frisk what you don’t know so I am sharing how the NYPD police act in collusion with criminals in this case Delita Hooks to make her violent crime go away.

I am in shock to learn Internal Affairs under Chief Campisi act like they made a back room deal with Dr Fagelman and Det John Vergona and Delita Hooks or something because Internal Affairs let Det John Vergona retired in the middle of an Internal Affairs investigation so excuse me if in my opinion if I believe Internal Affairs is corrupt and in on fixing this violent crime for Dr Andrew Fagelman’s employee Delita Hooks and protecting Det John Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer from being arrested for witness tampering — me being the witness, conspiring to fix this violent crime and coercing me to drop charges.    Why do I think 10 months of IAB not doing anything except letting Det John Vergona retire and his supervisor NYPD Lt. Angelo Burgo retire may in fact be proof that Internal Affairs is a corrupt entity that is involved in fixing a violent crime at a medical office by the Jodi Arias of medical reception.

Do I call the FBI?  When are the feds going to come in and investigate IAB’s growing allegations many listed in lawsuits and some including mine naming Chief Campisi.

We now know more about why Deilta Hooks was not arrested in 10 moths and 13 days for assault and false cross complaint as one of the Detectives involved in fixing this violent crime at 155 Spring St at Dr Andrew Fagelman’s for his receptionist and office manager Delita Hooks has retired in the middle of an IAB investigation = IAB in on fixing this crime for Delita Hooks and Dr Fagelman?  Explain it to me.

Mike Bloomberg Use Gabby & Gun Control to Avoid 911 Corruption, Poverty, Violence with No Guns, Pension Problems etc to Spin his Legacy in to Gold

Mike Bloomberg’s legacy is in the garbage but as usual the king of spin and lies — he is using gun control to spin his legacy in the garbage thanks to term limits, ECTP 911 mega corruption and deaths  Bloomberg’s Blizzard and Hurricane Sandy, CityTime 2nd largest crime EVER in NYC Gov. 911 bigger, in my opinion add a slew of mega over runs including 311 which like 911 failed during Hurricane Sandy, NYCAPS, FDNY Wireless, etc.

Seedco just officially punished for their crime and like SAIC has to pay the People of NY back money they stole over billing us which is easy to do under mayor Mike Bloomberg.

No one is asking him about these issues and the hospital crisis here in NYC except on the Upper East Side where he lives and that includes the St. Vincent’s Hospital Scandal with Cy Vance refusing to prosecute St. Vincent’s crooks just like he has not investigated the 911 corruption and John Liu’s request for a criminal investigation almost a year ago and how many people died or suffered far worse medical issues because 911 failed Hurricane Sandy?

Bloomberg pushed a reckless tsunami of devleopment aiding Higher Ed like Columbia University, NYU, NY Law, SVA, The New School, Cooper Union as well with Christine Quinn’s help aiding their pal Bill Rudin so we have no hospital in the West Village but Rudin Luxury Condos.

No one will ask Mike Bloomberg about the 3 trials in the Bronx NYPD out of control and the deaths by NYPD guns.  No one will ask Mike Bloomberg about Adrian Schoolcraft and how the Queen’s DA refused to prosecute top NYPD officers for putting him in a mental ward just before the election Mike Bloomberg barely won and Mike was selling the lie crime was down.

If Adrian Schoolcraft at been at The New York Times and not help prisoner at a mental ward right before Mike’s election and the NYPD held him through the election Mike might not have won because Mike sold the lie crime is down.

Det. Harold Hernandez resigned when he learned his unit was down grading First Degree Rape.

Mike Bloomberg right now People in Queens and Staten Island as well as Brooklyn still need your help because of the devastation of hurricane sandy and the 911 system still doesn’t work properly and you have Commissioner Ray Kelly saying it does.

Mike grows richer along with Christine Quinn and her spouse as more New Yorkers are falling in to poverty and they feel they are treated like criminals by the NYPD who stop and frisk them with no cause.

Mike Bloomberg uses Gabby Gifford for his tarnish legacy — he thinks he can uses gun tragedies to spin his crimes in to gold.

Mike Bloomberg commited perjury during the Haggerty trial.  Will he do so again during the CityTime trial.  Is that why Preet Bharara keeps pushing the CityTime trial back — so when Mike commits perjury again he won’t be doing it as a sitting mayor yet again?

Mike and Team Bloomberg were given immunity and none waived it during the Haggerty trial.  They will need Preet to give them immunity again during the CityTime trial and where is ECTP 911 criminal trial.

No wonder Mike is using Gabby.
