first she repeatedly violated my patient rights and she knew I was a patient of Dr Vine who shared the offices with Dr Fagelman but with her partner promptly vacated after

Dr Vine shared the office with Dr Andrew Fagelman who’s receptionist office manager Delita Hooks repeatedly violated her patient’s rights and repeatedly violated her patients body and than lied to the police and blamed her patient.
